Cass Liverbird is new to our Great Canadian Grid, she is a fun, and lovely little fae, that I thought you would like to get to know a little better. The next time you see her around, please make sure to say hello, she will have you laughing in no time, she is precious!
This brief requested note is written with gratitude to Marianna Monentes for the help both she and Roddie gave me upon my first rezz. I offer this brief explanation of what brought me to this world - an orange cloud they helped transform into Cass that first day here on Great Canadian Grid.
I am a transplanted fae - I have flitted around the virtual world of Second Life. There I was fortunate enough to meet a dear and special man. He had affiliations also in IW, and so he introduced me to that world before its unfortunate and unexpected demise a short time ago. In IW Mike Townsend generously asked me to help him as he created "his" beautiful Galloway sims. That was brave of him since I am not a master builder, merely an apprentice, fumbling and at times, creating havoc as only a fairy can. I learn as I work and watch alongside him and experiment on my own hoping that someday I too may gain skills still unknown, marveled at and seen as amazingly creative and exhibited by so many of you here.
Together, in this world where I have met nothing but kindness from those, I have met I work once again with him to recreate a place of nature, peace and serenity similar but different than that we had to leave behind. Hopefully, new Galloway will show respect and love for the RL universe in which we also all reside.
Virtual worlds may end, avs names may change, but kindness and respect, peace and tolerance can always be shown wherever we live. I feel blessed to be part now of The Great Canadian Grid.
I am blessed in RL, happy and content - I am mature and at ease with who I am ;), where I have "been," and what I have learned. I have lived it seems many lives there already. Here in my third virtual world, I intend to bring joy, and peace, to continue learning and to create a place of beauty that may be shared by all. Pax and Blessed Be to those who dwell here. Again thank you, Marianna and Roddie, for having open doors and your kindness to "newbies."
