I just attended Open Mic at Art Fest hosted by Ray Noob and Rex Expiento. Several Great Canadian Grid artists graced the stage with poetry and song. Tigerkitti Eberdene shared with us poetry, "Remember" and Vampire Poem, then sang John Cafferty Some Like it Hot. Others took the stage, Maxwell Bricker, Drew Harcourt, Rex Expiento reciting a poem Annabelle Lee. Then Ray Noob, stole the show with the last performance of the day, Let There Be Peace On Earth.
Awesome performances by everyone! The Art Fest is ongoing now, with Open Mic Sunday 2-4PM GCG Time April 30th, 2017. Please drop by and see all the creative art of our community.

I had a lovely chat with Timo Daehlie. It goes like this…
A friend of mine, scottsgraymouser janus, showed me Great Canadian Grid and told me I would like it here, I followed her advice and took some regions in here. And... after some months I must admit I love it here, it’s quiet and peaceful, apart from the good service and low tiers, and that gives me the possibility to finally realize some building projects I have in my head for a long, long time. In Second Life, I barely had time to build because of the hundreds of customers I had, in here I don’t have that problem and I can build in peace.
My intentions are to contribute positively to this grid, make some beautiful regions, interactive and artwork as well, and remain here. GCG will stay as my HQ, I really like it here and the people are helpful and friendly.
I hope in the end they will like my buildings, if they do it will make me happy too.
